Growing up Sarah felt a strong connection to healing and crystals and innately knew how to heal with crystals and meditate to the amazement of her family.

In high school Sarah was asked to give talks to her fellow students about meditation, using aromatherapy and other natural modalities to cope with stress.

When she left school she completed a Bachelor of Health Science and Majored in Naturopathy. Sarah enjoyed working as a Naturopath for many years but always felt there was something incomplete about what she did. Sarah decided to study a diploma in beauty therapy as she had struggled with bad skin as a teenager and young adult. She really enjoyed the hands on and nurturing nature of the work. In 2012 she decided to learn Reiki to help her understand her innate healing abilites. Over several years she completed the three levels of Reiki and is now a Reiki Master & Teacher.

Sarah found over time her Reiki really evolved and changed and she was able to open up more to communication with the spirit world.

She was inspired to study Mediumship and now regularly performs Mediumship demonstrations at Spiritual Churches in Sydney and also conducts one on one sessions connecting people to their loved ones in spirit and passing on messages.
