Jerome Smith OA Extended Practice Sports Osteopath

Originally from the UK, Jerome completed his osteopathic training at the British School of
Osteopathy in London before relocating to Australia. He has enjoyed a diverse career as an
osteopath, working across various private practice, post-operative rehabilitation and high-
performance sport settings.
Jerome has over 10 years of clinical experience and is recognised by Osteopathy Australia as
an Extended Practice Sports Osteopath. He has been fortunate to work with a broad range of
athletes across a wide variety of sports including football, rugby, powerlifting, athletics,
gymnastics, rowing, tennis, swimming, golf and Irish dancing.

ï‚· Weston-Molonglo FC (ACT CPL Men’s Soccer)
ï‚· West Canberra Wanderers FC (ACT NPL Women’s Soccer)

He has also completed a Diploma in Football Medicine through FIFA and is currently
undertaking research into lumbar bone stress injuries in elite youth soccer players.
​Jerome brings his experience to the active community of Hornsby where he helps
people move better, perform better and improve their long-term health. His approach
combines quality, hands-on care with supportive therapies such as dry needling and exercise
rehabilitation, focussing particularly on prevention, performance and longevity.
